At Mila Pilates, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-9 business days, depending on your location and courier services.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at support@milapilates.com and we will assist you immediately.

We currently ship to the United States. If you require delivery outside the US, please contact us before placing your order.
