At Mila Pilates, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused or slightly used for trial purposes, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@milapilates.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved, process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees and lost packages are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged; if you need to exchange an item, please contact us directly. The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, final sale items, and products returned after 30 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under US consumer law.
